Bryan began his journey in nightclub security in 1990 while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Like many Marines, Bryan sought to earn extra money and found a local bar in need of security. Upon completing his service in 1992, he returned to Maryland and once again sought additional income, leading him to a small local country bar in need of security. Soon after, Bryan joined one of the largest country bars in the area. While working alongside some of the top security professionals, and Business minded Owners. It was here that Bryan gained a profound understanding of customer relations and liability.

Since then, Bryan has served as a Security Manager and Consultant for numerous Nightclubs, Bars, Taverns, and Pubs in Baltimore and the surrounding Maryland counties. He has consistently led with a strategic vision that balances safety and guest experience. His proactive methods ensure that potential issues are mitigated before they escalate, making Bryan’s approach key to fostering a secure atmosphere where patrons and staff can relax and enjoy themselves.
